Twenty and Hot is a community based site that provides members the option to build their own personal profiles online as part of a contest sponsored by Champion Nutrition. The member´s personal profile can be used as a place to network, meet and communicate with other twentyandhot.com members. Once a profile has been created, that member is automatically entered into the Champion Nutrition Twenty and Hot Contest where all members can vote on your picture profile.

This agreement outlines what is acceptable use of the twentyandhot.com content and services it provides. By using the Twenty and Hot service, whether you are a registered member or just a visitor "browsing", you agree to the Terms and Conditions outlined in this agreement. Both visitors and members are "users" of the Twenty and Hot website and are bound by this agreement. If you do not agree with the terms of this agreement, you should discontinue use of its services and leave the site immediately. You are only permitted to use the Twenty and Hot services if you agree to abide by all rules, terms and conditions. Please read this agreement in it´s and entirety and check the appropriate box during the registration process.

This agreement for twentyandhot.com may change from time to time, and will be posted on the Twenty and Hot website whenever a modification has been made. By continuing to use the Twenty and How website, you agree to be bound to the agreement after modifications have been made. Make sure you review the agreement on a regular basis to make sure you are up to date on any changes.

Member´s profiles are open for all to see by both other members and "visitors" just browsing the site. Therefore, be very careful on what information you post on your profile or what information you give to other members. Your profile on TwentyandHot.com may not include the following: phone numbers, personal street addresses, or your REAL last names.

1. Eligibility -

By participating in the Twenty and Hot contest, and creating a personal profile on twentyandhot.com, you represent and warrant that (a) all information you submit is truthful and accurate; (b) you will maintain the accuracy of the information you submit; (c) You are 18 years of age or older. Your profile may be deleted at twentyandhot.com´s discretion if we believe you are under the age of 18.

2. Term -

This agreement will remain in effect at all times you are a member or use the site and its services. You may terminate your account at any time for any cause. Twentyandhot.com may also terminate your account at any time, for any reason or cause.

3. Password -

During sign-up to become a member, you will be asked to provide a password to access your account. You and only you are completely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of that password and agree that you will not disclose your username or password to any other party. You also agree that you will not use another member´s user name or password to access their personal account. You agree to notify twentyandhot.com if you suspect any unauthorized access to your own personal account.

4. Non-Commercial Use by Members -

Twentyandhot.com is a community based website that is solely for the use of its members to network, communicate and participate in the online contest sponsored by Champion Nutrition. Unauthorized use of this site to collect personal information from its members including names, usernames, or e-mail addresses to solicit is prohibited. Commercial advertisements, affiliate links and other forms of soliciting may be removed by twentyandhot.com without notice.

Proprietary Rights -

1. Twentyandhot.com does not claim rights to any text, images, or any other content posted within the member´s profile. Once your content is posted on your profile, you will continue to retain the ownership rights. In order for twentyandhot.com to post your content on this site, you agree to grant twentyandhot.com a limited license to publicly display, reproduce and distribute your posted content solely on the twentyandhot.com website.

2. You represent and warrant that you own the content posted on your twentyandhot.com profile, and have the right to grant the limited license set forth in this agreement. You also agree that the content posted by you on your profile does not violate any privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights or any other rights of any person. You agree to pay any royalties, fees or any other monies owing any person related to the content you posted on your profile.

3. Twentyandhot.com contains content posted by Champion Nutrition and is protected by copyright and trademark laws, and Champion Nutrition retains and owns all rights in the twentyandhot.com website. Champion Nutrition grants you a limited, revocable, license to reproduce or display the twentyandhot.com content solely for your own person use in association with viewing the twentyandhot.com website.

4. The twentyandhot.com website contains content from other members, advertisers and licensors. With the exception of the content you posted, you may not copy, alter, distribute, display, or sell any content that may appear on the twentyandhot.com website.

Content Posted

Twentyandhot.com reserves the right to delete any member content that twentyandhot.com deems as offensive, inappropriate, illegal, or violates the rights, harms, or threatens any other person. Twentyandhot.com does not assume responsibility for monitoring member profile content for inappropriate content.

You are solely responsible for your own content posted on twentyandhot.com and any material you may distribute to other members of twentyandhot.com. Under no circumstances does the content you post reflect the opinions of twentyandhot.com.

Prohibited Content and Activity

Twentyandhot.com prohibits the following content and/or activities within the twentyandhot.com website, and reserves the right to delete the members profile if prohibited content or conduct is discovered. In circumstances of illegal activity or threatening activity towards other members, twentyandhot.com, in its sole discretion reserves the right to investigate, report or take legal action against anyone who violates these provisions.

Twentyandhot.com prohibits:

1. content that promotes racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind towards any race, individual or group; 2. harassment of another individual; 3. exploitation of people in a sexual or violent manner; 4. solicits personal information from anyone under 18. 5. providing telephone numbers, street addresses, e-mail addresses, or last names of yourself or any other person. 6. promoting illegal activity or conduct that is threatening, obscene, defamatory or libelous; 7. promotion of any criminal activity or provides instructional information about illegal activity including, but not limited to making or buying illegal weapons, drugs, violating someone´s privacy, or providing computer viruses; 8. solicitation of password or personal information of members for commercial or illegal purposes from other members; 9. the use of photographs of any other individual that you have posted without their consent;

Profile Picture Rules

Champion Nutrition is looking for men and women who have what it takes to represent our brand as official spokes models. As part of this search, we are looking for those who represent our brand with as high of quality and integrity as our products themselves. You will be judged by not only Champion Nutrition but your peers as well. To ensure the integrity of this site, we must enforce strict rules on what is acceptable and what is not for the pictures posted within user profiles. Pictures that violate the terms of this website will be deleted at Champion Nutrition discretion without prior notice.

Prohibited Pictures/Images:

1. Pornographic images - Absolutely no images containing sexual acts or implied sexual acts. 2. Nudity/Partial Nudity - No nude or partially nude images including exposed women´s breast or male/female genitals. All images of women must include both a top and bottom apparel item that completely covers breasts and genitals. 3. Transparent Apparel, Underwear or Lingerie - No transparent apparel items that reveal the women´s breasts or male/female genitals will be allowed. 4. Inappropriate or offensive poses - No images of inappropriate poses that can be attributed to sexual or obscene behavior.
