What is the contest all about?

Champion Nutrition is celebrating their 20th Anniversary this fall and we want to share this occasion with all of you. Champion Nutrition is a sports nutrition company who has been faithfully serving elite athletes and fitness enthusiast since 1986. Fit, active and health minded people make up the fabric of who we are as a brand. In an industry of hype and unfulfilled expectations, Champion is the brand that is "real" which is why we have stood the test of time. We serve real people, with real products, that really work. Safely, legally, and effectively. As part of the celebration, Champion is launching a new contest called Twenty and Hot. We are looking for the fittest, hottest people in America that can potentially represent our brand in upcoming marketing campaigns. This contest will give everyone who participates, a chance to win prizes and cool "schwag" no matter if you are a contestant or just voting! The contest will run all year long, so each month someone has a chance of winning.

How the Contest Works

The "Twenty and Hot" contest is scheduled to run monthly, starting in November, 2006. Each month winners will be chosen by both a panel at Champion and voters choice. The panel´s decision is sole and final. There is no appeal to the panel´s decision. There will be a first place winner and a runner up for both a male and female group. At the beginning of each new month, Champion will announce the winners from the previous month. Both the 1st place winners and runner up will receive special prizes for their win. The 1st place winners will go on to compete in the finals during the months of November and December of 2007. During those 60 days, voters will determine the overall winners which will be awarded 1st, 2nd, and 3rd prizes. In the finals there will only be 3 winners, so men and women will be competing against each other.

What do the winners get?

Each month the 1st place winner and runner ups will win prizes (that are yet to be determined). In addition to prizes, they will be featured on Champions website and may be used in upcoming ad´s as part of a new 2007 advertising campaign. The overall winners will be offered a limited sponsorship contract to be Official Champion Nutritional spokes model through December, 2008.

Who else can win?

Anyone who submits a profile or votes has a chance to win prizes! Just by simply entering the contest or voting for your favorite contestant will automatically register you to win during random drawings during the month. Each day someone votes, their name gets added to "hat" so to speak. The more days you vote the more times your name is added to the hat, the better chance you have for winning.

How often can someone win?

Monthly 1st place winners can only win once, since they are automatically in the finals. Everyone else, including the runner ups, can go onto compete during the next month. At the end of each voting month, the vote tally is reset, so everyone has an equal chance of winning the next time around. The prizes awarded during the random drawings are unlimited. You can win as often as your luck holds out!

How do you become a contestant?

There are two types of twenty and hot members. Voters and contestants. As soon as you register you are a voter. If you want to be a contestant, all you have to do is create a profile on twentyandhot.com. This can be done automatically anytime you log in. Just click create my profile. Your profile will include images of you along with some basic information about yourself, like your age, your interests and so on. This will help Champion and others know a little something about you. Once your profile is submitted it will be posted on the website where viewers have a chance to vote for you. For people to vote for you, they must give you a rating from 1 to 10 which will be calculated into your score and log you a vote. If you don´t wish to vote for someone, simply click next and move onto the next contestant. Contestants can also put a "Vote for Me" button on their Myspace page to promote themselves to their "friends" network. Champion will provide you with code to cut and past in your Myspace profile. Once you have your profile created, all you need to do is tell your friends and family to go vote for you! They register as a voter and then click `search´ and input your display name or go directly to your `Twenty and Hot´ URL.

Contest Rules & Restrictions

Age Restriction: You must be 18 years of age to create a profile and compete as a contestant. Submissions by anyone under 18 years of age will be denied or deleted. There is no age limit for voters, although we will require a parent or guardians permission to ship certain prizes. Profile Standards: Champion will review all submitted profiles for approval. We are looking fit, healthy and active people that can represent our brand. We will deny any profiles that contain nudity, inappropriate language or conduct, or pornographic poses. Personal Information: We will ask for basic information about yourself for your profile. For your own security, do not include any information about yourself that you wouldn´t want others to see. Do not include your address, phone number, last name or anything that should be kept private. If you win a prize as a result of this competition, we will contact you via e-mail to alert you of your award. We will give you a phone number to call where you will talk directly to a Champion Customer Service representative. We will provide you with specific information in your e-mail so we can verify that it is really you. When you call, we will only need to know your shipping address so we know where to send your prize. If you are a monthly winner, we may ask for more information about yourself to verify that you are the same person you have presented in your photos. Must be you: All profile submissions must include current images of yourself, and must really be you. `Current´ means that the photos cannot appear to be more than 3 years old in our sole judgment. You must provide more than one image of yourself for the profile to qualify. Submissions using someone else´s images or likeness will be rejected upon discovery and will disqualify you from current and future contests.
